What type of pen can we use on the invites?
All pens can be written on the cards. As the cards are gloss, please wait until the ink has dried before placing on top of each other or the ink will smear. Coloured gel pens look great too but it’s best to test your pen before using to avoid smudging and writability.

Can I print my text through my home printer?
It is not recommended to overprint your party details as most home printers only allow up to 200gsm (paper weight/thickness) through them and as our cards are professionally printed on 310gsm gloss stock it will not suit and may jam your printer. It will also be very difficult to align the text as well as it may smudge as the cards are semi-gloss.

What type of paper stock is the cards printed on?
We use a 310gsm semi-gloss card which is similar to business card thickness.

What packaging does the stationery come in?
We use a resealable polypropylene bag with a header card which is very cost effective and we pass these savings onto you. Why pay for fancy packaging boxes and tins when you only want the invites and envelopes.

Do the packets come mixed?
No. The packets are 12 of that kind only. We do not mix our packets. Labels are in packs of 14 or 24.

What is the turnaround times?
Once your order has been received, despatch will be 1-2 weeks depending on order size.

Is there a minimum quantity?
There is no minimum orders for fundraising individuals or groups.

What is the delivery costs?
Standard postage costs apply to all orders. Depending on size and state in Australia, this will be quoted once order has been placed. We will use either Australia Post or a courier if you are local.

Can we email your brochure and order form with our school/kinder newsletter?
Yes. We will provide you with a high res printable A4 flyer and also a low res email size version to send to all on your email list. This will save on print costs and the environment.

How do we pay once we place an order?
Payment is accepted via cheque, direct deposit or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) via phone. Please do not send cash in mail. Payment is made to Amity Invites and address will be given once order is placed. Once payment is made and cleared your order will be despatched within 1-2 weeks.

Can we update our details?
We understand that the contact person involved in fundraising can change so please contact us and we will update our database.

What is your privacy policy?
Your privacy is important to us and therefore the information you supply to Amity Invites when you place your details is only used to complete that your order only. We will not share your information with any outside persons or companies. Credit card details are destroyed once order is complete.
