Payments
We accept payment via credit card (Visa or Mastercard), personal cheques, bank cheques, postal money orders, cash and payments by direct deposit.

Money Orders/Cheques
If you wish to pay via Australia Post Money Order or Cheque then simply select the Cheque option on the online order from. We will then email you our address. Please make cheques out to Amity Invites. Please allow 2-4 days for your payment to clear.

Bank Transfer/Deposit
If you wish to transfer funds from your bank account or deposit directly into our account at any Westpac branch then please note this on the online order form. We will then email you our bank details. Please use your name as your deposit reference. Please allow 2-4 days for your payment to clear.

Urgent Orders
Urgent orders at peak times may incur an urgency fee. These costs can be charged by the printer to have high priority of job. These costs will be quoted.

Proofreading
A low res pdf proof is emailed for proofreading. Please note that due to monitors and printing there is a slight variation of colour. All cards are to be approved prior to printing by emailing us APPROVED AND READY FOR PRINT. Client errors after sign off are reprinted at the clients expense. You are allowed one round of alterations when proofing. Other alteration rounds incur a $25.00 charge per round. Please ensure all cards are correct prior to approval. It is also important that all guest names and addresses are also correct as these are not proofed to clients once all cards have been individually set up. Amity Invites does not take responsibility for any errors made.

Pricing
Amity Invites reserves the right to change any pricing without notice. All old quotes will be charged at the new pricing at the time of ordering. All prices are in Australian Dollars. GST is added in all pricing shown on website.

Delivery
All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post or by Star Couriers. Delivery charges will depend on the weight and size of your order and the state it is delivered too (WA is higher in cost). All parcels are registered and have insurance. We take care in the packaging to make sure all cards are sure and safe from damage when posting your order. However we do not take responsibility for damaged products/cards or lost good in transit once they have left us. All deliveries require a signature so business hours work address is preferred.

Return Policy
Personalised card items will not be accepted for return or refund. All cards are checked and counted prior to despatch. If you are unhappy with a bomboniere product then the refund or exchange will only be for the value of the item and will not include the initial postage fee. If however you have damaged items we take exceptional care when packaging and sending your order. All items are checked before being dispatched to ensure the packaging and quality of your of your goods are perfect. Faulty items will be gladly replaced however we do not take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.

Office Closure
Our office may be closed at certain times of the year. These dates will be noted on our website as early as we can to notify customers. All orders placed during this time will be attended to on return on a first in basis. The printer we use also closes over Christmas for three weeks so therefore we do as well.

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us and therefore the information you supply to Amity Invites when placing your order is confidential and only used to complete that job order only. Your personal details will not be sold, exchanged or disclosed unless required by law. Again, your information will be used to process orders only.

Copyright
All copyright is wholly owned by Amity Invites. All designs are exclusive to Amity Invites and are protected by copyright law. No designs or part of are to be copied, photographed by any other person or party. It is illegal to copy or reproduce any item, text, design or images from this Amity Invites website without permission from Amity Invites. Amity Invites also own all custom designs created and these will not be handed over to client. Amity Invites also has the rights to use custom designs in any way being advertising or shown on this website.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Payment and approval of your stationery is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
